Reserving your beef is simple

Fill out our order form. Tell us what size beef you're interested in (Full, Half, or Quarter) and any questions you have. We'll respond personally.

We'll confirm availability and put your name on a beef. A 50% deposit holds your order. We'll keep you in the loop on timing.

For Full and Half Beef, we'll walk you through the cut sheet — steak thickness, roast sizes, ground beef portions, and more. Quarter Beef comes with a balanced fixed selection.

Your beef goes to a trusted local processor. From there, it typically takes 2–3 weeks to dry-age, cut, wrap, and freeze to your specifications.

We'll let you know when your beef is ready. Pick it up frozen and freezer-ready. Delivery can also be arranged within Northwest Oklahoma and the Oklahoma City area upon request. Then enjoy months of premium beef raised right here in Oklahoma.
